We select available air, rail and combined routes based on your goods, weight, volume and urgency. Routes to Ukraine may involve transit through other countries.

We consider Nova Poshta delivery to a branch or address where available. The carrier, service area and collection method are confirmed in your quote.

European routes may use DHL, DPD, La Poste, CTT or Royal Mail depending on the country and shipment. A carrier’s inclusion describes a possible delivery option, not guaranteed availability for every order.

DDP availability is checked for each product and destination. Included charges, customs arrangements, document requirements, final delivery and exclusions are agreed before dispatch. We do not promise an absence of customs inspections or delays.
